You retain ownership of all images you upload and content you create using the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service (AI analysis and post generation).
AI-generated social media posts created by the Service are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it to social media platforms and ensuring it complies with those platforms' terms of service.
The Service allows you to connect social media accounts for direct posting. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for content once it is published to third-party platforms.
The Service offers optional Google Drive integration to access your images for post generation. This integration requires your explicit consent and uses read-only access. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time from your account settings. Our use of Google Drive data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Service uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) to analyze images and generate content. Your uploaded images may be sent to these providers for processing. These providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies governing their handling of data.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies will be clearly presented at the time of purchase.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brace Yourself Solutions, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
